What should I do if my order no longer appears in my Shopping Cart?

You have plenty to do, so viewing the items you added to your cart should be simple.

Don't be alarmed if you no longer see items you placed in your shopping cart. Most likely, this means that you were timed out of Quill.com. For your security, you will be automatically logged out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

As long as you are logged in when you add items to your shopping cart, your items will be saved automatically for your next visit. To resume your shopping experience, simply log back in with your user name and password. There will be a screen which displays the items you previously added to your Shopping Cart. If you want to purchase the items, click Add to Cart. You will then be ready to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
